Located in the Northwest corner of the house, the Balcony room has a balcony with a small table and two chairs.   Bedroom with en-suite bathroom is about 200 square feet or 6 square meter.  

Balcony is about 60 square feet or 6 square meter.  There is a small table and two chairs.  You get a view of a typical Vancouver neighbourhood and on a clear day, the north shore mountains.  

Queen Size bed with a thick memory foam topper.

Complimentary cable TV and wi-fi

Bedside tables with reading lamps,  blackout blinds.

Shared kitchenette (bar fridge, microwave, sink with instant hot water dispenser)

Geothermal powers the hot water and in-floor heating and cooling.

Two windows on different walls with a ceiling fan create a cross breeze.

Private en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination.  Hair dryer, shampoo, condition and liquid body soap included.

$120 a night for 7 consecutive nights or longer

July and August  2018 - $180 a night

The rates are per night for two people. The rates include tax, Wi-Fi and complimentary full breakfasts between 8-9 am in the non-low season.  Sorry, we need a break so self-serve cereals only in the low season.  

We have a minimum two nights stay requirement.  One night reservation is rare and isconsidered case by case.  $20 surcharge for single night stay.  Please inquire.  

Single occupancy is $5 off  the daily rate November to May.  $10 off the daily rate the rest of the year 

Third person (regardless of age), $20 per night.

Double occupancy and with two beds, $10 per night.

We accept cash and credit cards.  There is a 5% service fees for credit card payments.
