Located in the Northwest corner of the house, the Balcony room has a balcony with a small table and two chairs in the summerso you can enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book while enjoy the view of a typical Vancouver neighbourhood, the north shore mountains on clear day and the top half of the fireworks a times a year.   The suite is about 200 square feet or 19 square meter.  The balcony is about 60 square feet or 6 square meter.

The windows have black-out blinds that can be opened/closed from the top or the bottom so you can control the amount and entry of natural light in the room.

The private ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The bathtub has two grab bars for additional safety.

$95 a night for 2-6 nights

$90 a night for 7 consecutive nights or longer

May 1-June 15; Sept 16-30; Dec 20-January 3

$140 a night for 2-6 nights

We have a minimum two nights stay requirement unless it's last minute or between reservation. $20 surcharge for single night stay. Please inquire.  

The rates are per night for two people and include tax, complimentary full breakfasts between 8-9 am and Wi-Fi.

Single occupancy is $5 off in low season and $10 off the rest of the year.

Third person (regardless of age), $20 per night.

Double occupancy but withtwo beds, $10 per night.
