Can we cook or use the kitchen?
Definitely. Metrotown suite is an ideal vacation rental/B&B because there is a well equipped
kitchen and a supermarket is a 3 minute walk away.
What kind of breakfast do you provide and at what time?
A self-serve continental breakfast is provided. Breakfast items are a variety of cereal with milk,
bread with jam and butter, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Breakfast is self-catered in the suite so
there is no fixed time.
Do you have pets and/or do you allow pets? No to both.
Is smoking allowed?
Sorry but smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment, on the balcony or in the common area of the
apartment building.
What kind of shoes can we wear in the suite? Please only wear indoor shoes only. There is a
shoe rack by the door for your outside shoes.
What's your check-in time?
For you convenience, we offer flexible check-in time. Please make arrangement with us prior
the arrival date or give a two hour notice on day of arrival. On Sundays, it's before 12:00 noon
or after 7 pm. Please inform us ahead of time if your estimated arrival time is changed.
What is the check-out time and can you keep our luggage for us on the day of check-out?
Check-out of the room is 11:00am. If your flight is in the afternoon or evening, please ask if
something can be worked out.
Do you accept credit cards or personal cheques?
We accept cash or traveller cheques only.
What's your cancellation policy?
We rely on honour system in accepting reservations, so please only make a reservation if your
travel plans are finalized and you have firmly decided to stay with us. If you unfortunately need
to cancel or change your reservation, please give us as much notice as possible as we most
likely have turned away inquiries based on your reservation and not able to let out the apartment
last minute. Minimum notice is two weeks from the beginning of the reservation or one night stay.

Click here for a link to local bus trip planning. It gives you direction on how to get to point A to
point B. If the destinations you entered are not identical to those on the system, it'll give
suggestions and you can choose the correct designations.

From the airport by public transit:
This option takes the longest in time but easiest and with the least amount of walking as most
people would have luggage.
- #424 Airport Station - it's basically a shuttle that goes from the airport to a bus station outside
of airport; change to #98B Burrard Station
- #98B Burrard Station - get off at Burrard Street and Robson Street and transfer to #22
MacDonald
- get off at MacKenzie St. at W. 31st Avenue
Public Transit Fare from airport (2 zone tickets, valid for 90 minutes)
Regular fare: weekdays before 6:30 pm: $3.75 for adult and $2.50 for concession
Discount fare: weekdays after 6:30 pm and all day Saturday, Sunday, Holiday: $2.50
Public Transit Fare in Vancouver (1 zone ticket, valid for 90 minutes)

Google Directions
Take Grant Mcconachie Way and go on Arthur Laing Bridge. Stay in the left lane on the bridge
and prepare to turn left onto Oak Street. Turn right onto W. 49th Avenue and right on Royal Oak
Avenue. (If you missed Oak Street, turn left onto Main Street, or Victoria Street or Boundary, turn
right on E. 49th Avenue and then turn right onto Royal Oak Avenue) . Do NOT turn onto Cambie
Street as there is huge construction going on.)
