Can we cook or use the kitchen?
Definitely. Mackenzie suite has a full kitchen with a stove and fridge. Dishes and pots and pans
are all provided. Please keep it clean even though we will give it through cleaning anyway.
What kind of breakfast do you provide and at what time?
A self-serve continental breakfast kit is provided in the beginning of the stay. Breakfast items are
a variety of cereal with milk, bread with jam and butter, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Breakfast
is self-catered in the suite so there is no fixed time.
Do you have pets and/or do you allow pets? No to both.
Is smoking allowed?
Sorry but smoking is NOT allowed in the house and the premises, including the yards as smoke
drifts inside the house through open windows.
What kind of shoes can we wear in the suite? Please only wear indoor shoes only. There is a
shoe rack by the door for your outside shoes.
What's your check-in time?
For you convenience, we offer flexible check-in time. Please make arrangement with us prior
the arrival date or give a two hour notice on day of arrival. On Sundays, it's before 12:00 noon
or after 7 pm. Please inform us ahead of time if your estimated arrival time is changed.
What is the check-out time and can you keep our luggage for us on the day of check-out?
Check-out of the room is 11:00am. If your flight is in the afternoon or evening and you need a
place to store your luggage, you can leave your luggage with us - no valuables please. Please
use washroom facility prior returning to the suite to pick-up luggage as the house has no common
powder room once you checked out.
What's your cancellation policy?
We rely on honour system in accepting reservations, so please only make a reservation if your
travel plans are finalized and you have firmly decided to stay with us. If you unfortunately need
to cancel or change your reservation, please give us as much notice as possible as we most
likely have turned away inquiries based on your reservation and not able to let out the apartment
last minute. Minimum notice is two weeks from the beginning of the reservation or one night stay.

Take Grant Mcconachie Way and go on Arthur Laing Bridge. Stay in the right lane on the bridge
toward Granville Street/City Center. Move to left lane and turn into W. 70th Avenue. Turn right
at MacDonald Street . Left at W. 41st Avenue, right at Mackenzie Street and right at W. 31st
Avenue.
Google Directions for easiest route
Take Grant Mcconachie Way and go on Arthur Laing Bridge. Stay in the right lane on the bridge
toward Granville Street/City Center. Continue on Granville Street which is a long and busy street
with many traffic lights. Turn left at W. 41st Avenue, right at Mackenzie Street and right at W.
31st Avenue.

Vancouver. It's a 5 minute drive to Kitsilano and 10 minutes to UBC and downtown Vancouver.
Bus #22 will take you to Kitsilano and downtown in one bus ride in about 20-25 minutes.

From the airport by public transit:
This option takes the longest in time but easiest and with the least amount of walking as most
people would have luggage.
- #424 Airport Station - it's basically a shuttle that goes from the airport to a bus station outside
of airport; change to #98B Burrard Station
- #98B Burrard Station - get off at Burrard Street and Robson Street and transfer to #22
MacDonald
- get off at Mackenzie St. at W. 31st Avenue
Public Transit Fare from airport (2 zone tickets, valid for 90 minutes)
Regular fare: weekdays before 6:30 pm: $3.75 for adult and $2.50 for concession
Discount fare: weekdays after 6:30 pm and all day Saturday, Sunday, Holiday: $2.50
