Mackenzie Suite is located in MacKenzie Heights - one of the most prestigious
neighbourhoods in Vancouver westside. It's close to many tourist attractions with University
of BC, downtown, beaches and Queen Elizabeth Park all within 10-15 minutes of drive or
15-25 minutes by bus. There is one bus (#22) a block away that goes to Kitsilano
(beaches, shopping and restaurants) and downtown. The bus stops are a short 5 minute
walk away.
MacKenzie suite is an approximate 6'10 high, 800 square feet of a 2 bedroom
self-contained vacation rental in a half basement. It can be a bed and breakfast during
weekdays.
The suite has a private entrance, a spacious kitchen with eating area, a bathroom with a
tub/shower combo and a living room. The main bedroom and the living room each has a
TV. There is complimentary high speed Internet connection and a phone in the suite.
There are also tourist information and maps on site.
In addition, there is a fully fenced back yard with mature fruit trees and a deck ideal for
enjoying the sun or watching your kids playing in the yard. No pets please.

Sandy, the host, used to be a B&B owner and she has been in Vancouver close to 25
years. Sandy teaches piano (mostly Classical music) at home. She stops teaching at
9:30 pm Mon-Fri and earlier on the weekends.
Sandy is very familiar with all the tourist sights and how to get there. During your stay in
Mackenzie Suite, you are welcome to knock on her door in the mornings. Afternoons and
evenings are for emergencies only as she'll most likely be teaching.
